Rooted in the power of community and inspired by circular principles of reimagining waste, Barrio is where discarded textiles are given new life, transforming excess and pre-loved fabric into meaningful creations.
Here, we reclaim, recycle, and reimagine textile waste. We extend the life of pre-consumer fabrics such as retasos (small scraps), offcuts, end-of-rolls, and deadstock fabrics while empowering women in the green economy.
We believe in second chances. Thus, we breathe new life to fabrics once destined for the landfill through market reintegration and upcycling of textile scraps into new fabrics and reimagined products. Together, we work towards a sewstainable and circular economy.
