Good sample of fabric from across the Philippines

I purchased the Mini Weave Swatchbook as a gift for someone whose mother used to weave in her earlier days in Mindanao before moving abroad. My friend, who is an artist, really appreciated the swatch book, which includes samples of fabric from weavers across the Philippines. She was also very happy to learn about the work that Anthill does. She and many others I know are trying to learn/relearn about, and preserve, our culture and heritage (both broadly as well as region-specific). Anthill is an invaluable resource for both Filipinos in the Philippines and those abroad who are passionate about preserving culture. Whenever I'm in Cebu, I try to visit their gallery and shop.

Smaller than expected

Even though the measurements are stated, the squares are tiny. The fabrics are gorgeous of course, but I suggest getting the larger sizes if you need a bigger swatch.
